What causes our sub-health: Life style

The best way to deal with illness is to prevent it from happening in the first place. They can be lowered with changes in diet, lifestyle, and environment. To live longer you need to eat properly, exercise regularly and reduce stress to the extent possible!

The best doctor is yourself and prevention is the best cure! Adopt a lifestyle that you never need to see a doctor in the first place is important! Our body can heals itself most of the time. Your future health is largely determined by what you do at present.
