1.Put Mutton-chip with marinades in a
bowl then mix and hold at least 15 minutes .
2.Clean green onion and slice it.
3.Mix sauce in a bowl,stand by.
4.Heat up with oil and frid ginger and green
onion unril fragrant,quick-fried Mutton-chip with seasonging about 1
minute.
