Traditional dish from Beijing,China,tamatoes soup with flour like swelling

Today’s special is a staple food. It generally appears in people’s dinner table in China.In fact, all Chinese are doing different, However, today introduced the practice of the old Beijing.It  can also be said that this food has a long history.While watching a little step in many, in fact, it is very simple to operate.

 

Ingredients:
3 pieces of Tamato
2 pieces of Egg
200g All purpose flour
35g Tamato sauce
10g chopped Ginger and Green Onion
2 tsp of Salt
2 tbsp of Sugar
50g chopped Chives and Coriander

Methods:
1.Slowly by adding 50 grams of warm water to flour, stirring with chopsticks at the same time. Until form a small dough like swelling (if the dough had to separate its general) put the side back-up

2.Heat up with oil in the pan and fried chopped ginger and onion until fragrant then add in the cutted tomatoes and tomato sauce.
3.Put salt and sugar in the pan and go on cook until good combined and sauce looked red.
4.Heat up with 1500 grams of water in the pot and pour in sauce until boiling.


5.Add the mini dough in the pot and stir at the same time then heat down to go on cooked and non-stop agitation about 5 minutes.
6.Cover stew cook 3-5 minutes until slightly thick,then break egg in a bowl and stir until it is egg liquid then from the different position slowly into the liquid eggs.


7. On the basis of personal taste at the appropriate add salt and pepper,dish off.
