lamb shoulder
Seasoning:
Salt
Chinese rice
wine
Cumin
Cunmin powder
Chili powder
Oil
Mthods:
1.Clean mutton and cube it.
2.Add
all seasoning in the cubed mutton and mix them then put them in refrigerator at
least 6 hours.( One day ahead of the best preserved)
3.Clean Sub-thin bamboo
sticks and string meat on it.( Preferably next to the fat with lean
meat)
