Xiamen first opens store for tourists

On 15^th Mar, Xiamen Tourism Group International Travel Service Co., Ltd opened 7 outlets in the city, reports the Xiamen Evening News.

One of the 7 outlets is Xiamen’s first experience store that is located at the Xiamen Cultural & Art Centre.

Through the experience store, tourists will “experience” their upcoming travel on electronic screens in advance, including hotels, foods and scenic spots.

The 7 experience stores are located at People’s Hall, Binbei Jinye Road, Xiamen Cultural & Art Centre, Wenyuan Road, Lianhua Sancun, Huming Lijing, and Xingdong Road.

Inside the outlets, there are electronic screens that display cultures and scenic spots to tourists acoustically and visually, making tourists feel as they were right on the scene.

To celebrate the opening of the 7 outlets, Xiamen Tourism Group is promoting 3 new tourist routes, including “travel in western Fujian” in Longyan, “cherry blossom tour” in “Sweetgrass World” of Nan’an and “travel by luxurious yacht” in Xiamen.
