Sleeping 


In one's lifetime, there is 1/3 time spent in the sleeping. The rational sleeping time is the assurance of human health. People who sleep less then 6 hours is more probable to have heart disease and diabetes than the one who sleep more than 6 hours. While, people who sleep more than 10 hours every day is more likely to have chronic disease than the one who sleep 7-9 hours. 



The harms of sleepless


1. Depressive disorder

Insomnia has inseperable relevance with depressive disorder. According to some studies, people who has insomnia is more possible to have sepressive disorder than who do not. In fact, the insomnia is one of the signs of depressive disorder. So enough sleeping time can cure the depressive disorder.

2. Skin aging

Long time of lacking of sleeping will lead to dark skin, wrinkle and black eyes. Less sleeping time will help produce cortisol and resolve the collagen in the skin, which can keep skin smooth.

3. Risk of death

Some study shows how the sleeping time affect their death rate. People who sleep less than 7 hours are more easily to have serious disease than the one who sleep more time.

4. Forgetful

Sleeping has great effects on one's thought and study ability. Lack of sleep is harmful to one's attention, watchfulness and focus.

5. Gaining weight

Lack of sleep may make people hungry. It is said that people who sleep less than 6 hours is more aliable to be obese people than one who sleep 7-9 hours.

How to keep a good sleep?


1. have a hot bath before you sleep
