● Scanned copy of passport, which is valid for over 12 months;

● Photo;

● Highest Diploma(original copy and notarized one);Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations;

● Official Transcripts;

● Recommendation Letter;

● A Study Plan or Research Proposal (written in Chinese or English; with signature);

● Certificate of Language Proficiency (ex. HSK, IELTS, TOEFL);

● Health Report for Foreigners;

● Financial Certificate;

● Noncriminal Record Certificate.
